We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from DRB Car Spares. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges in accordance with UK consumer law.
If you purchased your item online, by phone, or by mail order, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. - You must notify us in writing (email or letter) of your decision to cancel. - You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us. - You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or incorrect. - Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items, provided: - The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. - You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number). - We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.
If the item you receive is faulty, or incorrect, or not as described... you are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. For certain items, such as electrical parts, we may require diagnostic evidence from a qualified professional.
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: - Electrical components once fitted - Special order items - Fluids (e.g. oils, brake fluid) once opened - Items damaged due to incorrect installation
